Overview
What Is Tribexa?
Tribexa is a proprietary, white-labeled private capital markets operating system — built by practitioners, for practitioners. It is the single platform that de-complicates how investment managers, their portfolio companies, and the service providers who support them operate. One login. One source of truth. No integration costs.
Tribexa is raising its first institutional round of $5 million (Series A) to scale commercial operations. The platform is fully built, SOC2 Type II certified, and proven over five years of live operations — 900+ entities, $3.5B+ in assets under management, zero downtime, and zero client churn since inception.
The Problem
Private capital markets represent over $14 trillion across 25 million+ entities — projected to surpass $30 trillion by 2032 — yet the infrastructure supporting them is fragmented, outdated, and held together by workarounds. Fund managers and third-party administrators are forced to cobble together a stack of disconnected point solutions or build and maintain a homegrown platform. Both paths are expensive, fragile, and operationally risky.
Why Point Solutions Fall Short
There are dozens of disparate tools designed to meet the complex operating needs of private market participants. But the gaps and integration challenges between these applications are immense. The typical fix has been to layer on professional services: consultants, managed workflows, custom integrations. What begins as a bundle of software subscriptions becomes an expensive, service-dependent relationship — inflating operating costs and reducing investment returns.
What Tribexa Does Differently
Tribexa is built with a different premise: private markets need a holistic infrastructure technology stack, not another narrow tool requiring still more bolt-on services.
We built it right the first time. Tribexa’s founders bootstrapped the company and stayed in stealth mode for five years. We built and tested our comprehensive platform with a third-party administrator client that quadrupled its client base on Tribexa without adding staff. We earned SOC2 Type II certification and have operated with zero downtime and zero churn.
We chose infrastructure, not services. Tribexa is software only — no advisory, no consulting, no managed services. Service providers are our partners, not our competition. This approach eliminates the market friction that limits every platform trying to compete with the very firms they need as customers.
Why Now
Competitors are built around narrow use cases and cannot rebuild comprehensively while managing existing customers — it requires significant capital, years of development, and compliance certifications earned from scratch (e.g., Carta that has raised $1.2 billion over 13+ years and has ~2,000 employees and is buying technology solutions to attain a comprehensive solution to scale). Carta, while the example, is not unique. The economics of catching up do not work.
Approximately 80% of private funds work through third-party administrators — service providers who have earned deep trust across thousands of client relationships, but who are operating on decades-old technology held together with APIs and workarounds. As AI adoption accelerates across the industry, those fragile networks are becoming ever-less secure. Third-party administrator clients will not pay for technology overhauls nor the staff to run them. Service providers need a technology partner, not a software-based competitor.
Tribexa is ready for this moment. Tribexa offers an integrated platform that would take competitors tens of millions of dollars and many years to replicate. Because we built it capital-lite, we offer a cost structure that makes the partnership compelling for both sides. White-labeled and infrastructure-only, Tribexa powers operations without displacing third-party administrators and other service providers — giving us a direct path to the thousands of funds that already trust the firms with whom we partner. The holistic approach the industry needs is now also the path of least resistance, giving Tribexa runway into an enormous market opportunity.
One Platform That Replaces Many
Tribexa delivers the functionality of many well-known software solutions — Deal Cloud, Fundable, or Flow for fundraising; Carta for equity and cap table management; Arch or Intralinks for investor portals; Asana or Monday for task management; Bill.com for cash management; DocuSign for e-signatures; Dropbox for data rooms; and spreadsheets for portfolio tracking — all within a single, white-labeled, proprietary platform. Tribexa enables both granular analysis at the client, investment, or vehicle level as well as integrated analysis on a portfolio, fund, or family/fund of funds basis.
Unlike existing patchwork solutions, in Tribexa information flows seamlessly. Data entered once moves across fundraising, cap table management, compliance workflows, document execution, distributions, and reporting, without re-entry, reconciliation errors, or version confusion. The limited APIs Tribexa maintains are purposeful and targeted, connecting into banks and general ledgers where secure financial data exchange is essential. The result is a single source of truth across the entire ecosystem and a platform that every participant — investment managers, portfolio companies, third-party administrators, law firms, accountants, consultants, and clients — can utilize, each with precisely scoped access and a single login.
AI That Stays Inside Your Walls
Tribexa’s AI agents run inside each client’s own Azure environment or on-premise installation — sensitive data never leaves the client’s controlled infrastructure. For clients with extensive operating histories, our AI onboarding tools ingest years of historical data, reconcile records across legacy systems, and transfer everything into each client’s portal with minimal human oversight. Once live, agents optimize data securely within Tribexa’s ecosystem: document intelligence, portfolio monitoring, compliance tracking, investor relations automation, and K-1 allocation. Each client’s AI instance learns from its data only — no cross-contamination, no leakage.
The Numbers
900+ entities. 38,000+ users. $1.2B+ raised on the platform. $3.5B+ AUM. Zero downtime. Zero churn. Pricing starts at $24K/year by entity — all features included, no per-user or AUM penalties — with a 97% gross margin. The subscription price per entity declines with the number of entities managed on Tribexa. The service provider channel is already in motion: active discussions are underway with six large third-party administrators, two bank partnerships are in development that would position Tribexa as a solution offered directly to their fund clients and service providers, and Essential Fund Services has recognized Tribexa as a partner on its website.
The Raise
Tribexa is raising $5M (Series A) to grow our commercial operations. The platform is built, proven, and ready to scale. Capital goes to team expansion, experienced business development hires across target verticals, and go-to-market execution through our service-provider channel. Targeting break-even within 12–18 months, with revenue projected at $16M in 2027.
Tribexa is one of those platforms you must see to fully appreciate.
